idsTrust, company-wide business innovation through SAP S/4HANA deployment

idsTrust, which specializes in solution construction and consulting, announced on the 29th that it is supporting Daewoong Pharmaceutical's company-wide business innovation process by utilizing the next-generation enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution 'SAP S/4HANA'. This project, led by idsTrust, a gold partner of SAP, upgraded Daewoong Pharmaceutical's SAP ECC-based ERP to SAP S/4HANA with an in-memory database. In particular, this construction case is an excellent case of innovating company-wide work by utilizing the SAP S/4HANA platform.

idsTrust applied the next-generation user experience (UX) solution ‘SAP Fiori’ to all business areas through this ERP advancement project. The work environment was improved to maximize performance so that working-level staff can quickly check global success stories or performance indicators (KPIs) suitable for their respective work roles. In addition, analysis data necessary for job performance was placed on the personalized homepage to create an environment in which employees could be faithful to their performance-oriented essential tasks.

Business managers can timely grasp various sales policies, products, and trends by channel based on real-time profit and loss information, enabling responsible management to respond immediately to matters requiring improvement. The company's management can also observe changes in company-wide key indicators in real time and utilize predictive analysis technology to carry out advanced management activities such as efficient distribution of company resources and proactive management of potential risks.

By using 'SAP Solution Manager', the company-wide work process is digitized to achieve process efficiency, as well as big data and artificial intelligence-based 'Robotic Process Automation' system is introduced to automate the work flow that encompasses both online and offline. As a result, productivity and market responsiveness were improved.

idsTrust digital innovation was made possible by successfully combining SAP S/4HANA with SAP's new technology operation capabilities and industry-specific solution technologies such as electronic document management (EDMS), experiment information management (LIMS), and order and delivery management (DCM).

Personal information collection and use policy
※ idsTrust implements the following policies to protect customers' valuable personal information.
